Monte Carlo Yachts announce the New MCY 105

Monte Carlo Yachts have chosen Cannes to announce their latest project: a 32-metre yacht that will be ready by Summer 2015 and marks a new, important chapter in the history of this Franco-Italian company.

Cannes, 9 September 2014. During the 2014 Cannes Yachting Festival, Monte Carlo Yachts will reveal the first details of their latest model, the MCY 105. As a backdrop to this announcement, the whole MCY collection - the MCY 65, 70, 76 and 86 - will be on display, together with the Monte Carlo range, which already includes the MC4 and MC5, and which will now
be enhanced by the new MC5S model, presented as a world premiere at the boat show.

MCY 105. Monte Carlo Yachts is broadening its horizons with an ambitious project, consistent with the strategic vision that the company has expressed right from the beginning. This is how a 32-metre yacht at the forefront of technology, comfort and design will see the light. Monte Carlo Yachts has decided once again to invest in innovation by creating a bigger model than its previous ones, thus confirming further significant investments in its production site in Monfalcone,
Italy. A successful decision that has immediately met with favour in the market. The new MCY 105 will be ready in the
Summer of 2015 and has already received excellent feedback from selected clients. In particular, the first vessel - which will be presented as a world premiere at the next edition of the Cannes Yachting Festival - already has a buyer: a
ship owner who is enthusiastic about the project and discovered it thanks to the professionalism of Asia Yachting, Monte

The design of the new MCY 105 is again the work of Carlo Nuvolari and Dan Lenard, who have invested all their talentand experience in creating mega yachts into developing a 32-metre vessel with exclusive features. The hull and the superstructure are perfectly balanced, thus creating a unique style. The painstaking attention given to proportions, to the dynamism of the lines and to the distribution of light in the interiors, recreate a silhouette that is typical of the MCY
range, elegant and instantly recognisable.

The naval allure, highlighted by imposing bulwarks and a high bow, which has always been the trademark of the timeless MCY style, is at its best. The interior spaces on board are incredibly voluminous, with solutions that are normally possible only on authentic mega yachts: the large Portuguese deck at the bow; the flybridge with equipment and living space, which are unmatched in its class: the unique and ergonomic Raised Pilot House that gives maximum comfort to the master cabin - located on the main deck - with full beam and giant, full-size windows.

Once again, Monte Carlo Yachts presents the innovative naval architecture that features in all the other models in their range, developed consistently with the exclusive modular production patented by MCY, and applied for the first time to a mega yacht.

The MCY 105 will also be the first yacht of its size with fibreglass components entirely made by infusion. It will offer virtually unlimited options to customise the layout and choose the materials, allowing each ship owner to experience
luxury at sea according to their own personal lifestyle.
